I am a North Carolina native.  I hold two advanced degrees, one in Marriage and Family Therapy and another in Education. My education combined with extensive experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups help me foster healing and connection through personalized care. With advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I specialize in helping clients strengthen relationships and deepen emotional bonds. I also have a heartfelt passion for perinatal and advanced maternal care, empowering women and families during the transformative journey of parenthood.  My approach is grounded in empathy and insight, creating a safe and supportive environment for growth and resilience.
